A Texas native, Deya Lozano was born and raised in Fort Worth's Arlington Heights area, where she has lived for more than 20 years. Having lived and worked in both areas, Deya has developed an intricate knowledge of real estate markets in both Parker and Tarrant Counties — and can be vital in helping her clients find the perfect home.
For nearly 20 years, Deya worked in the printing industry as a Senior Account Representative for large corporations. She was a tough negotiator, proficient problem solver, and a great communicator for her US and international clients. Fluent in English and Spanish, she brings those same skills to every real estate transaction.
Deya loves working with people in all life stages — from the first-time home buyer, to families looking to grow into a bigger space, to those looking to retire and downsize. She considers herself blessed to do what she loves on a daily basis: helping people find or sell their homes.
Deya is married to Martin Lozano; they have two sons and four pets: Apache (German Shepherd), Richard and Chloe and Luna (both cats). They live in Aledo and love being a part of such a great community.
